RONY HIRSCH, PRESIDENT AND CEO OF MALIBU INVESTMENTS INC.
Having managed Malibu Investments Inc. since 2002, Rony has gained over 35 years of experience in real estate development and construction worldwide. To date, he has initiated and completed approximately $1 billion of development projects. Prior to Malibu, he worked as a civil engineer where he managed construction projects worldwide.
TERRY LUSTIG, DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Terry began her career in the development and marketing of residential properties, including leading planning and zoning approval processes and condo registration. Prior to joining Malibu in 2007, she worked as a Senior Vice President of Development and Marketing for Goldlist Properties Inc., a developer of over 13,000 condominium and rental properties across the GTA and the United States.
JOHN HAINS, CONTROLLER AND FINANCE
John currently has over 30 years of experience in real estate and construction accounting. Prior to joining Malibu, he was the Controller of one of Canada’s oldest general contraction firms, Richard and B.A Ryan Limited. He joined the Malibu team in 2004.
BRENDA HAMILTON, OPERATIONS MANAGER
Joining the Malibu team in 2004, Brenda has gained over 20 years of experience in the real estate development industry, managing various aspects from marketing, sales, suite finishes and upgrades, customer service, administration, and construction. Prior to joining Malibu, she worked for Canderel Stoneridge and Urbancorp in Toronto.
CHRISTOPHER ISHMAEL, DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION
Christopher has over 21 years of experience in construction management, including planning and scheduling, budgeting, tendering and awarding contracts, pre-construction and procurement, progress monitoring and managing trade contractors. Before joining Malibu in 2007, he worked for Edilcan Development Corporation, Tucker Hi-Rise Constructions Inc., Intracorp Development Ltd. and Urbancorp in Toronto.
ADAM CROUTCH, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
With over 15 years of experience in the Architectural and Development industry, Adam has managed all aspects of a project from design development and construction through to occupancy and registration. Before joining Malibu in 2017, he worked as the Lead Designer and Architectural Technologist at Giovanni A. Tassone Architect Inc. in Toronto, overseeing several large scale residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
